By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any services provided by 165/1, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Ordering & Pricing

All menu prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue items, or adjust combo offers without prior notice.

An order is confirmed once payment has been authorized or Cash on Delivery (COD) has been selected and verified.

3. Delivery & Fulfillment

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and may vary due to kitchen volume, traffic conditions, or adverse weather.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and active contact number. If our delivery rider is unable to reach you after multiple attempts, the order may be cancelled without refund.

4. Loyalty Rewards & Coupons

Reward points earned through purchases have no cash surrender value and can only be redeemed for discounts on future orders with us.

Promotional coupon codes are subject to specific terms, validity dates, and minimum order values, and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

5. Limitation of Liability

165/1 shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our digital ordering system.
